You and Me! already starts at level one and Prowling Projectile can reach up to level six. Since you have so much survivability, you'd probably not visit the shop in a while so if you have enough gold to buy it but not another item, the boost is helpful.
YUMI ARAM FREE
Elixir of Sorcery - Feel free to grab this if you've already built 4-5 items. You'd also be spamming your abilities like crazy later on so gaining stacks for Luden's Echo will be easy. Luden's Tempest - AP, mana, and CD reduction. Rabadon's will greatly increase your heals and damage + helps out with your W, granting a bonus percentage of AP as AF.
Rabadon's Deathcap - You'd be accumulating a lot of gold as Yuumi from assists, kills with your Q (if you take Cut Down and build AP, even with Yuumi's damage and Q nerfs, you'd most likely be able to land a finishing shot on non-tanky champions), and from just staying alive with the ARAM gold generation. Redemption - You don't really need to be tanky as Yuumi but Redemption's active is really good, especially with the healing nerfs in ARAM and Yuumi's inability to heal multiple champions at once. Ardent Censer - You'd be healing like crazy as Yuumi-the CD reduction, mana regen, AP bonus (which scales with your abilities), and the passive buff really makes ardent one of the go-to choices.
Enemies can still hurt you mid-W and the extra shields from the staff whenever you're detached is really helpful since Yuumi can be so squishy. I use the active whenever I W or try to proc passive. But on top of this, she has low base health and will barely buy any bonus HP, if at all, allowing to make the best use of this rune. Besides being a healer, the kitten doubles down as an untouchable damage dealer. The other pick in that tree will be Cut Down, a choice that’s unique to Yuumi. Costing a portion of her total mana, the best way to cast more Zoomies is to have more mana regen - hence this rune, which also gets bonus points for being particularly efficient in ARAM thanks to the constant fighting and killing. Precision brings Presence of Mind, a rune that’s crucial to Yuumi due to the way her E functions. However, on Yuumi, Precision winds up doing much better, leaving us with one unique option once again. Resolve is always a good option for healers as the secondary pick, thanks to Font of Life and Revitalize both empowering that characteristic. Domination is another option for Summoner’s Rift, but since its useful runes can’t be picked in ARAM, that one can be skipped. In ARAM, there would be two options that seem reasonable for the Secondary tree, Precision and Resolve. Lastly, the bottom row… That one only gives two choices, the two that were interchangeable. The middle row is more ambiguous, offering a choice between AP and Ability Haste, but statistics show the latter largely overperforming. The top row of the Sorcery tree is an obvious choice with Manaflow Band, as the other two options don’t help a champion that neither moves nor gets targeted. On each row, one option drastically outperforms every other, with the sole exception of Scorch and Gathering Storm, two runes fitting opposite purposes but showing equivalent results. In the end, statistics show that there is no contest: Summon Aery is up to a 56% win rate, while every other keystone with a reasonable pick rate is under 50%.Įvery minor rune choice shows the same story as well. However, ARAM is mostly one big extended fight, making Guardian significantly worse than Aery in that mode.ĭark Harvest and Comet are regularly picked as well, but they’re straight up outclassed by Aery. In Summoner’s Rift, Guardian is a good alternative to Aery, boasting similar performances due to offering good tradeoffs: it’s worse over extended fights, but has the best upfront efficiency over periodic trades.
